Hayden joins us from North Carolina! Born and raised in Holden Beach, NC, she has been playing volleyball since she was 13 years old and is entering her 10th consecutive season of club coaching.
She began her coaching career with Chapel Hill Area Volleyball Club, where she spent three seasons. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a member of the Women’s Club Volleyball Team, Hayden moved to Hickory, NC, and continued coaching with Carolina Select Volleyball Club. In her coaching career, she has coached teams to a USAV bid, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th place finishes at AAU Nationals, and multiple top 10 finishes at National Qualifiers. She has a passion for all aspects of the game, with a particular love for serve receive and scouting both her own team and their opponents— stats rock.
Hayden is currently a 1L at Widener Law Commonwealth. Outside of volleyball, she enjoys running, Peloton workouts, and spending time with her dog, Ellie, and partner, Andy. She is excited to become part of the PA volleyball community and looks forward to helping athletes grow both on and off the court!
